- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- Please provide with the correct contact details when booking.
- Your appointment is only confirmed once any required deposit has been paid.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange.
- Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice may result in your deposit being lost.
- No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Arriving more than 10/15 minutes late may mean your appointment needs to be shortened or cancelled.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balances must be paid on the day of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods:
--cash (if your paying with cash please try and bring the exact amount)
--Bank transfer
- Please arrive with clean skin/brows/where applicable.
- Avoid using oils or heavy products before brow treatments.
- Patch tests are required where applicable and must be completed within the required timeframe before treatment.
- Please let me know before your appointment if you have any allergies, sensitivities, medications or changes that may affect your treatment.
